Acceptance and 18+ eligibility

FreeComputerGames.net is an adults-only service. You may access or use it only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. By entering the site and checking the confirmation before gameplay, you confirm that you meet these requirements, agree to these Terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enter or play.

Entertainment licence

Akelas Enterprises grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access this site and properly licensed embedded games for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-party games and advertising

Games, trademarks, advertisements, purchases, and linked services may be supplied by third parties, including developers and distributors. Their terms and privacy notices may also apply. Game availability, features, scores, advertising, and content can change or be removed without notice. Do not make a purchase unless you understand the terms shown by its provider.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully; infringe rights; copy, scrape, sell, sublicense, decompile, or reverse engineer games or site systems; introduce malicious code; bypass safeguards; disrupt visitors; falsely represent affiliation; or manipulate game scores, advertising, impressions, clicks, rewards, traffic, or reporting. Your device, network, workplace, and local rules remain your responsibility.

Intellectual property and notices

Site branding and original site materials belong to Akelas Enterprises. Third-party games and marks belong to their respective owners and are used under applicable licences. To report infringement, email the exact URL and material, the protected work, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement, and your physical or electronic signature to the address below. We may forward the notice and remove or restrict material while it is reviewed.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free games, permanent scores, particular results, search ranking, revenue, or fitness for a specific purpose. Akelas Enterprises is not responsible for third-party game code, advertisements, outages, links, or content beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. To the extent liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or CAD $100.

Indemnity and termination

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Akelas Enterprises against third-party claims caused by your unlawful use or material breach of these Terms. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the service or others, comply with law, or honour a provider’s rights.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, without overriding mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
